At Houndsy, we want both you and your pet to be completely happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our Customer Success Team to start your return.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label (for domestic returns) and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Important: Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
For international returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective or damaged
- You received the wrong item
We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a replacement is to:
- Return the original item (following the instructions above)
- Place a separate order for the new item
Refunds
- We’ll notify you once your return is received and inspected.
- If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
International Customers
- Non-defective international returns are responsible for their own shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
