Friction
Some friction is normal when pulling the lever to dispense kibble. To minimize friction:
- Always lift the lever before pulling it forward
- Keep the bowl shelf clean from debris

Warning: Never retract a full bowl of kibble back into the storage bin.
Jams
Occasionally, the lever may not move due to a kibble jam. Follow these steps if this occurs:

- Use a thin tool (like a ruler) to clear debris stuck between the shelf and base
- If necessary, scoop the food out from the top of the container
