Step 1: Insert the bowl and set your serving size
Place one of our stainless steel bowls inside the drawer. Each bowl is designed for a specific serving size, so choose the one that matches your dog’s portion. If you’re unsure or the bowl isn’t quite right, don’t worry! Our Perfect Portion Promise lets you swap it for a different size at no cost, ensuring every pup gets the right portion!
Step 2: Fill the bin with kibble
Pour dry kibble into the main bin. Make sure the bin is not overfilled, as this could make dispensing less smooth.
Step 3: Dispense the food
Pull the lever and crank it to release kibble into the bowl. The bowl will fill according to the portion size you selected.
