What is the Perfect Portion Promise?
If the bowl you received with your Houndsy feeder isn’t quite the right size for your dog’s needs, we’ll swap it for a different one—free of charge. Whether the bowl is serving too much or too little, we want every pup to get the perfect portion.
Why does this happen?
Kibble comes in a wide variety of shapes and sizes. While our bowls are designed to hold standard volumes (like 1 cup or 1.25 cups), actual capacity can vary depending on the kibble's density and size. This means the amount your bowl dispenses may be slightly more or less than expected depending on the food you use.
How do I request a bowl swap?
It’s easy. Just email us at hello@houndsy.com with your original order number and the size you would like to switch to. Our support team will take care of the rest and ship your new bowl insert at no cost to you.
